Location
- Located in the historic Quality Hill neighborhood near downtown Kansas City, Missouri, situated on a 200-foot-high bluff which overlooks the confluence of the Kansas River and Missouri River in the West Bottoms below.
- Built in 1874, this two-story brick, Italianate Revival style house has ornate, incised window and door lintels and is the former residence of Kansas City entrpreneur Charles A. Brockett, president of the C.A. Brockett Cement Company. It is listed in the National Register of Historic Places.

- Facility rental available beginning at $25 per day for non-members.
