Ch-ch-ch-changes at AAF-KC

It's with more than a bit of sadness that we bid a fond farewell to Sarah Dyerson, our AAF-KC director for these past two years. That said, we're totally excited for her new opportunity with the Greater Kansas City Chamber of Commerce and we suspect that she will remain a close friend and ally of the club for many years to come. Though Sarah's last day will be this Friday (and yes, you really ought to stop by the club and say bye), she will be on hand for next Thursday's Bulletproof event.

So, the search is already on for the next great AAF-KC director! An official search committee is being formed, to be led by soon-to-be AAF-KC Past President Kevin Fullerton, and will consist of representatives from not only our ad2 and Art+Copy Club boards, but also from a few of our corporate member organizations. Our goal -- barring any major delays -- is to have a new director in place by August 1st.

In the meantime, we're grateful to have some transitional assistance on board. Thanks to our good friends at LandaJob, Missy Callahan will be manning the phones at the club and handling some important duties for us in the coming months. So if you need to contact the club for any reason, we're happy to say that we're doing everything we can to keep things business as usual.

We appreciate your patience and support during this period and we look forward to all the exciting changes to come in the next few months.
