Calling all college students aspiring to be advertising professionals! Sounding the whistle to all collegiate advertising, marketing and journalism professors and faculty members looking to connect with the Kansas City ad scene!
While November 14th may seem like it's ages away, the reality is that we're less than two weeks away from opening online registration for the 2011 AAF-KC Career Day. While we're busily pulling together our speakers, presenters, portfolio/resume reviewers and more -- all culled from the cream of the crop of KC ad pros -- we thought we'd take a moment to offer some early details on what to expect.
The biggest news? Our new location for this year's Career Day will be held at the historic Kansas City Union Station. But wait! There's more. Read on...

8:00am - 8:45am – Registration/Check-in/Breakfast
9:00 - 9:30am – Opening Speaker
9:40 - 12:00pm – Information Sessions
12:00 - 2:30pm – Lunch/Portfolio & Resume Reviews/Career Fair
2:30 - 4:50pm – Information Sessions
5:00 - 5:30pm – Portfolio & Resume Reviews

Online registration opens October 17!
Early online registration ends at 12pm on October 27.
Members: $25, Non-Members: $35, Faculty: $20
Online registration ends at 12pm on November 10.
Members: $30, Non-Members: $40, Faculty: $25
Walk up registration
Members: $40, Non-Members: $50, Faculty: $35
Other Important Details
After registering online for Career Day, you will receive an email from AAF-KC to sign up for the information sessions you wish to attend. We highly recommend following the “tracks” that have been laid out for you, which are Creative, Account or Undecided, however, you can sign up for any sessions you would like. Please make sure to write down your session information at the time you sign up. Registered attendee information will be posted at Career Day, but you are responsible for knowing your schedule. You can only sign up for each session once and sign up must be completed by November 10.
