We received this great bit of news from our friends at KC Business magazine. Congratulations to all the extraordinarily creative and talented advertising, marketing, and communications professionals in Kansas City that made this year's list!

KC Business magazine has selected 34 of the most promising Kansas Citians as Rising Stars. The third annual program honors outstanding leaders under the age of 40 in the creative, entrepreneurial, nonprofit and corporate communities. So far, the magazine has recognized more than 125 Kansas Citians as Rising Stars.

The recipients are profiled and photographed in the February issue of KC Business. In addition, they will be publicly honored at a networking and cocktail reception from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, February 16, at Berg Event Space. Tickets are $30 and are available at kcbcentral.com.

“The Rising Star awards give us the opportunity to highlight Kansas City’s next generation of business and civic leaders,” says Julius Karash, executive editor of KC Business magazine. “This year’s program was particularly competitive. I was personally inspired by their accomplishments, commitment and philanthropic endeavors.”
