2012 ADDYs: Call for Volunteers

Now that ADDY Judging is behind us, it's time to start getting the winning entries ready for display at the big show! Gallery hanging will take place all in one weekend this year on January 28 and 29, and we need your help!

If you’d like to volunteer your time and get a sneak peek at the winning entries, email Tasha Norton at norton.tasha@gmail.com this week to schedule your shift. Work two shifts and get a free lunch! Snacks and drinks (and maybe a few PBR’s) will be provided all day. Shifts are as follows:

Saturday, January 28
8am-12pm
12pm-4pm
4pm-8pm

Sunday, January  29
10am-2pm
2pm-6pm

This year volunteering has an added perk! All volunteers will be able to submit their pick for the first ever People’s Choice ADDY! The nominated entries will be voted on during the show and the winner will be awarded by the end of the night!

We will also need volunteers the day of the event to help load the gallery show into the AMC Midland Theatre. Email Tasha Norton at norton.tasha@gmail.com if you are interested in helping out with with this:
